The Property Ombudsman is committed to making its website accessible to all our users and has an ongoing programme of content and functionality updates. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader

The site features the ReciteMe assistive toolbar which you can access via the icon () to the left of the search icon in the header of every page.

Features include screen reading and keyboard navigation as well as tools to support users with cognitive disability and visual impairment. It also offers translation into more than 100 languages with 65 of those supported for text-to-speech. Translations are automated and should be considered approximate and used for informational purposes only.
