Types of Registration and fees
Full Membership
Full Membership covers a range of services that include residential and commercial sales and lettings, auctions and chattels, buying agents and property sourcing. Full Membership is often required by trade bodies and franchises. This level follows both our General Membership Obligations and Codes of Practice. It includes use of our blue logo below.

Registration
Registration meets the minimum redress requirements for residential sales in the UK and residential lettings in England, property auctions and buying agents. Registered agents must follow our General Membership Obligations and use the logo below.

Residential Leasehold Management (block/estate management)
Residential Leasehold Management (RLM) is suitable for businesses managing blocks, multiple residential leasehold properties or open space areas, on behalf of freeholders, leaseholders or residents’ management companies. These businesses follow our General Membership Obligations and must display the logo below. There is no fair use policy for RLM (Block/estate management) complaints, each case incurs a fee as outlined in the table below.
